hey, put down the oreos! you start eating oreos to relieve stress and you'll be as big as a house in no time! (speaking from personal experience)

are you a guy? well, i don't really guess it matters if you are a guy or a gal. punch something. invest in a punching bag. my most famous stress relieving moment was when i put my fist through a closet door. hmmmmm, do that once and the stress melts away quickly!

my wife and i had just had one of "those" discussions with our teenage daughter who was really 'put upon' about some silly something or other. my wife pointed out that her behavior was unacceptable and why it was unacceptable. my daughter turned it completely around to being my WIFE's fault that my daughters behavior was that way!

this ticked me off, but then my wife pushed me over the edge when she began "agreeing" with my daughter! i don't know who i was madder at---my daughter for being a spoiled little ***** or my wife who was being manipulated into taking the blame for it!

so---a fist through the closet door got the attention of all parties.

i'd have to say that had i all this to do over again, i would've picked something softer to hit---like a pillow, or a mattress.

go hit something! it'll take care of the stress--------stay away from the oreos!

Vigorous exercise. Go dancing. Go for a walk, a drive. WRITE a really long, nasty letter! Call a group of friends and make a plan to go out - any plan - just get involved.
Go to the store and stock up on low-fat oreos ;))

STEP AWAY FROM THE OREOS! Run at least 2 miles and drink a glass of ice water.

Get another pack of oreos and make your friend eat it so you won't feel as guilty about having devoured your pack.

I have 2 sisters with bi-polar and it sounds like that. also, even extra it sounds like melancholy. My mom and both sisters have that. it would want to tear a relations aside. It made me bypass out of the domicile and stay with my grandma even as i turned right into a teen. My mom were given divorced too. The complaining, the yelling, the so called "pressure" receives VERY exaggerated with melancholy. She desires to get some help earlier she receives worse. once you confront her about it, do it gently and with a lot of love and help. She is hurting interior and desires you inspite of the actuality that she is pushing you away. good success.

Think about what got you to this point and then venting...is it worth it? it is better to calm down and look at the sitauation from a different view point, a different perspective..like maybe it is here because I unknowingly invited this situation to be here now it is up to me to handle it as graciously as I can.
