I wear myself out during the day with exercise and working. If I am having trouble falling asleep it is usually because I am troubled by something on my mind. I talk to someone to make me feel better, or I sleep next to my kids, hearing their breathing makes me relax.

by doing deep breathing exercises and sometimes a glass of warm milk. people always wondered why warm milk puts a person to sleep faster. milk as small amounts of opium in it to kill bacteria. its put in during the processing.
