Nothing. Earth's moon is the only one that would affect a werewolf.

Logically, I think that if one were on Jupiter, they'd be crushed by the combination of the pressure from the gas (Jupiter is nothing but gas, as far as we know) and the gravitational pull.
Theoretically, it would depend on whether the whole moon part of the folklore were true. Some legends (not many, but some) say the mon has nothing to do with their transformation.
If the moon did factor in, then yeah, they probaably should get used to being a werewolf. Jupiter has about 14 moons.

here is my answer to why it may transform and down below will be why it won't
The werewolf will transform based on where it was changed or born as either on Jupiter or earth. If it was born on earth it will adapt to transforming by Jupiter's moons. Why, because earth's moon is to far away (thanks to the asteroid belt!) to have an effect on the were wolf on Jupiter.

It will die like any other wolf or human basically like any mammal.
The werewolf there fore will die before it has any chance to change. Of course other people have their theories of what form a werewolf will change into for example when it dies it changes or stays in its human for etc. there is different things that could happen but mainly it would DIE! by the gasses or by gravity.

If a Werewolf were on Jupiter, the question is not about transformation, but more would he burn to a cinder before he was crushed into a paste?
Actually, unless he has some really good shielding on his spaceship, he'd die of radiation poisioning well before he was burned by the temperatures of Jupiter or crushed by its massive gravity (or torn apart in one of the larger-than-earth sized storms)

Splat. The gravity pull on Jupiter would probably make the werewolf go splat. It's either that or it'd die due to the poisonous gasses or get sucked up into the red eye of Jupiter.
"Awwwooooo! SPLAT!"

All the werewolves left for Jupiter in their Mom's Taurus Station Wagon last Wednesday. They vacation there every July. They seem to like it, although they say it's getting a little crowded since Osama and his pals started living there.

There are no werewolves on Jupiter. The Grand Council of Elders decided that they were a danger to the general society and had them exterminated many centuries ago - where have you been?

The werewolf would die. He/she wouldn't be able to survive on Jupitor any more than a human can. Therefore- he/she won't transform!
