I am so weak that I always be ill.Help!

drink lots of milk and eat alot of protein ( meat beans eggs fish etc ) and do lots of push ups start from a little and do a little more every day then start doing sit ups and eventually youll start getting muscle thats what i did starting at age 12 now im fourteen and i could bench press almost 200 and stuff like that anyways eat alot of protien and do alot of pushups every night good luck and have fun

Hit the weight room .. every other day your arms and upper body and the days in between do your legs and lower body ..
I usually just stay on the bench my upper body days and do sum enurance excersises for 30-45 minutes .. oh and get sum creatine and drink it everytime before u work out so u wont be sore..yea that should do it

Try circuit training - it not only improves strength and muscle mass, but it also increases metabolism overall so that you are more lean and the muscles you do have are more defined. You get your strength and cardio all in one.

go to the gym exercise lift weights and eat lots of protein and spinach and other veggies how old are you
