Yes it'll work, the PSP is region free. Meaning you can play games from anywhere on a PSP from anywhere. Infact you can even play Japanese PSP games on an English PSP. It's the same with the DS.

I bought a DS game in France and it works on my English DS so I dont see why a PSP game from Spain wont work on an English PSP.

yes games from anywhere will work on any psp. at least i can say it has worked fine so far for me. i have a japanese psp, but ive bought and played games from the UK, so i would assume Spanish games will work also.
umds I've heard go with the regions though, so playing umds would depend on what region your psp is.

They should. I'm pretty sure all of Europe is in the same region, and uses the PAL standard.

I do believe that it will work however I'm not fully sure.
I will however contact a client of mine (I'm a freelance webmaster) who owns and runs his very own, and very successful, games shop and ask him about this.
:-)

I think it should, but look at the specs before you buy it, show it to Mr. Rie, he'll tell you, I'm sure. :)
