I don't know. I've heard it helps if you masturbate, but stop before you finish and then start again once you're not right on the edge anymore, do it a couple times before you finish. Good luck

The cause is usually psychological. Not to imply that you are a psych case, but usually the problem can be traced back to early experiences and past patterns. I am not aware of any wonder drug such as Viagra that will help specifically with this problem, but there are a few things that you can do.
Consider the squeeze technique. Get your wife involved, and every time, just before you are about to orgasm, get her to give your penis a firm (not painful) squeeze. Do this until both of you are ready for you to orgasm. If you can work this into your love play it can be fun...but don't expect instant success as timely will be an issue.
Also, you can consider something to decrease the sensation that you feel. Remember the end of American Pie, when Band Girl gave the Pie Guy two condoms so that he can double glove? Rather than doubling up, consider the use of topical anesthetics, such as lidocaine. These are the same drugs that we inject into people to numb the area before suture wounds or pull teeth. About two years ago a line of condoms was released in Europe with a bit of lidocaine on the inside. These were very popular, because they prolonged sex, and I believe that they are now being sold here in the states. Along the same lines, you might consider using toys, such as wearing multiple latex or silicon "cock rings." This will result in more sensation for her, and less for you. Speaking from personal experience, though, trust me...you should get more than enough sensation. And if you don't, then take them off when you are both ready.
Getting back to the wonder drugs, perhaps you could try Viagra and such. If you do this alone, you will still orgasm quickly, but your erection should return quickly too, and it will take longer for you to orgasm the second time.

This can be treated with the drug known as Viagra. Most people think it is just for erection difficulty but, it is also for premature ejaculation. You should talk it over with your doctor before taking Viagra. If you take certain medications such as nitrates for your heart, you cannot take it along with these. Also, you may want to try some stimulation (masturbation), shortly before sexual entercourse. The older you get, the more control you'll have over ejaculation. Try to think about something that really turns you off, or take a short pause when you start to feel the urge. from Jill,R.N.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/89XUA

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

The primary non-psychological reason for "Premature ejaculation" is weaker PC muscles in the penis. As a result males cannot regulate the urge to ejaculate and orgasm before their partners do or even you yourself have had any real fun. So the solution is to workout these muscles. One way is to do this excercise, where you contract your penis muscles, hold for arnd 5 sec and let go. Repeat this exercise for as much time as comfortable. you can do it without anybody noticing it.

Stunt doubles. Fall off the bed and have Ricky Schlong pop up in costume and finish up while you nap on an air matress.

Maybe, assuming the cause is medical and can be identified.

Phychological factors are probably at least as important and should also be considered.
