A Cool, Dry Place is the film you are looking for. Other good early Vaughn Flicks are Return to Paradise and Clay Pigeons.
Return to Paradise is a pesonal favorite of mine, and I think is definatly his best dramatic work to date. Although his work in A Cool, Dry Place was good as well. He is also good in The Prime Gig playing a hard-nosed Telemarketer and a psycho outcast in the Fargo-esqu Clay Pigeons
