Why do almost everyone hate Paris Hilton?

Probably for that video that was taped of her having sex with that one guy (I think her boyfriend or ex-boyfriend). She's also known to be very uncaring about how scantily she dresses.

oh, I dont hate the woman I just cant stand her and maybe those of us who cant stand Paris Hilton would tell you its because she is trying to be something she isnt........in my opinion she cant sing a note and frankly she isnt the big sex symbol everyone makes her out to be.

She is a little girl in a woman's body that needs to grow up.

She displays a personality that tells the world that she should have anything/everything that she even might think about desiring, and to heck with the rest of you. Plus, she is just not up there in the i.q. department.

Plenty of women are rich and beautiful, but they aren't hated for that because they have a personality that doesnt rub on you like a dull cheese-grater.

I don't hate her personally but I don't like what she represents in the media- crass materialism and the dumbing down of culture. She has no talent but she buys fame with her daddy's money and self exploitation. This doesn't send a healthy message to young women about what you should do if you want to be considered worth paying attention to.

well, i think it's cuz,..she seem like a drama queen. She has so many celebrity feuds. Her ex-best friend (as heard) is her ex-best friend cuz of some nonsense she makes complicated,..when Nicole quoted that they just grew apart and she doesn't even know what Paris is talking about..
She also seems to have most of her celebrity feuds cuz others are dating u ex -boyfriends..she has developed a feud with Avril lavgian since she is going to get married to her ex-boyfriend....
I'm not one to judged though and i guess people can have their reason, even if you don't understand.
I personal don't hate Paris or like her..cuz i don't know her..all i have to draw from are rumors or truth? ...from magazines..well i hope this helps.....

Personally, I do not hate Paris. She may not have a good butt, but she's still sexy and likeable. Those who hate her are just jealous. It's not her fault she was born rich. No more her fault than it is a poor kid's fault for being born poor.

Because she's done nothing with her life...she's sorta like Zsa Zsa Gabor....who when she said she was retiring..a columnist said "that's fine Zsa Zsa, but in order to retire..you have to have done something with your life". Paris Hilton is pathetically self obsessed and needs constant approval....who needs people like that??

I hate her because of that smug little smile of hers. Not to mention the fact that from what I can see, she contributes little to much of anything. She's just famous for well... being rich and famous. Oh, and a certain video.
