Rules are easy, choose one character to survive in one universe. I.E. Superman survives and lives in Marvel continuity, or Hulk survives and lives in DC

ummm... Superman is so powerfull I won't even use him, I think the Transformers "Marvel" would do Ok in either universe marvel or dc

They already had something like this in the Marvel/DC crossover issues. Captain American took on Batman, Superman took on the Juggernaut etc.
I think Superman doesn't far well in the Marvel universe. There seems to be too many cleaver villians like Dr. Doom etc that would catch on to the whole kryptonite thing and do away with him.
Thor/Silver Surfer/Hulk are upper echelon heroes that can really survive anywhere. Silver Surfer vs. The Penguin, Mixlpliyx, the Joker? Without conjuring up images that would make rotten.com, lets just say Surfer wins easily.

Have you ever read the Amalgam Universe?
Marvel and DC made them together and pitted their biggest baddest characters and they eventually merged them together for this series. If you really what to know who wins you should read this series.

Batman defeats everyone anywhere. He's just written that way. The only one who could give him a run for his money would be Reed Richards, but he's too much of a nice guy. The Bat fights dirty.

Ohh if its a character ..It gotta be Silver Surfer living in DC ..that would be awesome.. he would be the most powerful alien there. !!!!!!!

Niether, Devils Due beats all of them .They have Gi Freakin Joe. hands downs Gi Joe can beat all the super heros ,... and still kick some corba butt.
