It does for me,but bloodletting isn't very mainstream, and now you're veering away from "safe, sane, consensual" a little. It can still be consensual, but it's a little more dangerous.
Bloodletting is one of my secret kinks, i'm a little less open about it than about bondage. But I love it. I love blood, vampires, the whole goth thing, I find it very erotic & arousing.

Weellll, it certainly makes it more dangerous. Often people who are into one aren't into the other. Blood sport afficiandos are their own little subgroup, whereas bondage proponents are pretty common. As usual, decide on a "safe word" beforehand, especially if someone is bound, it is not ok to spring a nasty little surprise like bloodletting on them unless it was previously discussed and agreed upon.
