Go find something to eat. Specifically some low fat meat like chicken, or other protein if you are a vegetarian, and a bit of carbohydrate. While an apple would be ideal, since you need help now, go for a cracker or a single cookie. Also if you have peanuts or almonds on hand (and are not allergic) eat them up. They are protein and good fat.
Don't eat a lot of this though. A snack is about one ounce of protein and a small amount of carb if you are a woman. Double that if you are a man. Don't worry about the amount of nuts.
Then do something active with your mom for about 30 minutes before going out of her sight. Take her for a walk around the block. I bet she could use the exercise too. If she won't go with you, go practice singing for 1/2 hour or jumping jacks, or do stretches, where she can keep her eye on you.
Do the snack thing about every 3 hours. Make a protein smoothie if you are tired of making snacks. Don't skip your regular meals though, but cut back on white veges (including bread and pasta). Be sure to have a small snack before bedtime. If your mom sees you eating regularly, she may not watch so much, and if you feel the need to upchuck (which you may not), she won't be watching to notice.

I know you're not looking for don't-do-it answers, but I have to tell you from experience that having an eating disorder makes for a sad and miserable existance. What's worse, after all that misery I put myself through, I gained the weight right back after I got treatment. This happens to everyone with an eating disorder. The human body is not meant to be that thin; it's meant to be thicker and robust. That road you or anybody else is looking towards is a dangerous, unsatisfying, miserable, frustrating, painful path, a disease that maims and eventually kills. It's not a fun road, and once you've started it, it doesn't go away. Ever.
Please, PLEASE, do not binge and purge. Bulimia nervosa is an illness; it kills. Normal bodily functions that you take for granted shut down, one by one. Your metabolism turns to dust. You can't go to the bathroom. Fine, yellow hair grows everywhere, even on your face. You become so weak that all you want to do is sleep; you lose muscle mass. At your worst, you'll barely be able to lift a novel. The depression becomes worse. Your life revolves around food and how you can avoid eating it. You're always hungry. You always think you're fat. Your family and friends become frustrated; they see that you're sick and nothing they say or do can help you. You know your clothes are too big on you, and you can't stop. Even if you realize that you want to be normal again, you can't. It's a vicious cycle.
And you probably already know this.
If you do get treatment, it stays with you forever. You have to force yourself to think differently about food. You may have depression, anxiety, and/ or other personality disorders. It ruins your digestive system, your relationships, your LIFE.
Treatment is a long, painful process, both physically and emotionally. But you'll be ALIVE. Your body is a precious thing. You only get one body; take care of it. Get treatment. Do something before it gets too far. And it WILL get far: this will kill you. What good is being skinny if you're dead?
I hope your mom catches on. I hope your friends catch you purging, and I hope they tell someone. I hope you get treatment, even if you're forced to do so. Go ahead and hate me, but I'd rather you hated me than if you died.

Girls who practice bulimia dont realize it but they look emaciated. Their cheeks are often pale and their body has a look of starvation. It is not attractive and is very difficult to hide. The halitosis is wretched and the eyes begin to have a sunken look to them. When your hair starts falling out due to the lack of nutrition and the stress associated with this maybe you'll realize its just not worth it.

You need to get help. I know you say that you "don't want to hear that", but it's the truth. You could kill yourself. Even in the best case, you'll ruin the lining of your throat. Get help!
I'll say a prayer for you.

You need help. You may not care, but it's good that your mom does. I'm sorry, but I hope she finds out.

Tell her you're pregnant and have morning sickness all the time. She will freak about that and you'll have an excuse to eat and puke all you want.
