Well, I could be "creative" and say the expected bright and cheerful future, but that's not quite what I think is in store for us. I think that China will take over the United States, I see a rise in crime globally, however, I also see a lot more cities, and that makes me happy 'cause I'm a big city person. Nuclear war would not really be a reality unless this North Korean guy decides to do something stupid, in which case he will be squashed by the US and China and Japan. I see a lot of non-human humans, if that makes sense. I believe that cyborgs, androids, and even genetic mixes between humans and other animals will grow increasingly common. Test tube babies and clones will start to become increasingly important parts of weirdo cults which will form. Something also tells me that there will be a point in our history when you can be looking and talking to a person, and not be sure if he or she is pure blooded human or not because of the mix of technology nowadays. Um, let's see what else I have to say....Ooh! America and China will become a whole lot more like Japan (hooray for sushi!) and I also think that a large bit of corporation propaganda will be uncovered as lies, and that it will make a lot of people revolt against big business. There might also be a large plague that will probably wipe out a huge chunk of people, since historically speaking, we're overdue for something like that.
In otherwords, think cyberpunk, post-apocalyptic world, and that's what I see it as.

i honestly think the world in the future will be a complete disaster, gay marriage, nuclear attacks, no oil, global warming causing NYC to sink, toxic atmosphere, black skys, bad hospitals, no electronics< and i say this for the U.S only, why? because our education system is a faliure, you see students here in the U.S all ghetto and disobeying teachers and haveing no respect for them, not wanting to learn and abonding school, if you go down to mexico, they have a good education system where students actually study and actually have respect, i think in the future the U,S will be exactly like countrys in africa, filled with an uneducated rude civalization

There will be people on the corner with i-pods, but they can't afford gas. The rest of the people will be at war, or dead , (unless they are rich and can afford stuff).
