The answer is not yet, but "soon". Note that it will be a fair distance away from Las Vegas itself. I believe it wilkl be about a 4 hour drive - one way.

We just got back from there a month ago and it's not built yet but they are planning to build one.

So it is claimed. I have searched the web, for weeks, trying to see anything other than drawings. I have had no success. If anyone finds an actual photograph, please post it.
