Here's a video that shows you the fundamentals on how to shoot a free throw...just follow that but jump then shoot it like how he showed you.

first step - have one of your friends hit you over the head with a hammer to give you that cross-eyed look
second step - jump
thrid step - shoot

Be Black .. or jump like a black person .. efortlessly.. everytime you shoot the jump-shot,, jump three feet in the air and release at the peck of the jump..
oh and practice.
