What fun! I'd do some things that would benefit my friends, such as pay off their mortgages, set their kids up in school, send them on great trips... if it was allowable, I'd set my three kids up with nice graduation accounts to travel, or go to school, or start their own business. I'd also set up a fund/center in the town I live, that taught job skills, life skills and provided food, shelter, daycare, and alternative schooling choices for parents and kids. If planned right that money could generate it's own income and go a long way!

That's an easy one for me. I would find several places, like hospitals, clinics, shelters, that need funds and give it to them. I would do my research first (on my dime), and spread it out where it would do the most good (I hope).
It's funny. After answering, I saw that many people mentioned their own family. I have family, too. But I thought that would be an exclusion, since in some way, I would benefit, even if it was to make my family member feell good.

Even if I did win a million bucks, I wouldn't spend all of it on myself. If I couldn't spend any of it on myself, I would spend it on my family and if I couldn't do that either, then I would spend it on the starving kids in Africa like Angelina Jolie! I would do anything to help them and all the other starving and underpriveleged kids in third-world countries that so desperately need our help.

properly i could $35 Million interior the monetary enterprise, when you consider that i'm technically no longer spending it. and then grant $10 Million to the united statesarmed forces, and then use $3 Million to help human beings, i will provide bums a pair thousand funds to get them on their ft and basically provide human beings funds, for my section. Who choose it, as a replace of donating it to a charity, that's going to be greater powerful because of the fact maximum charities shop atleast 10% of the funds they get. and then use the different $2 Million to help provide youngsters a greater powerful training, i will pay for some youngsters to goto a reliable college.

I would give it all to my local Salvation Army. They do great things with VERY little money, so I can't imagine the people they could help with an extra mill.
