26 with hyperacusis, and tinnitus( 2 ear conditions that cause pain and noise), and knee problems that i can't walk at times, sometimes i can but sometimes can't. And i feel like i'm limited now, should i say i'm disabled, or hide it, since they can't see it immediately since i'm not in a wheelchair

No you should not say that you are disabled which would imply that there is some major task or set of activities that you cannot perform normally.

What you have seems to me to be' work limitations ' and in that tactful context it can be important to make sure that your employer is aware of the situation. Keep in mind that if anything happens at work that effects your condition, failing to tell the employer can take him off the hook even in cases that may have been his fault!

Just emphasize your stong points during interviews. If you are too disabled to keep a regular job, consider finding a job that specializes in hiring the disabled.

you have a similar problem to my husband...

he mentions his disability to everyone.. and that he has medicinal marijuana card..

and employer cannot deny you employment becuase of a disability..as long as you can perform the job well.
