Yes, both guns and roses have been the pet themes of poets. They have both stirred the sensitive imagination of thinkers. They have painted roses as representatives of all that is beautiful and pleasant. The gun has always represented barbaric forces, insensitivity of humans, the brute forces of possessiveness. Yet, they have always co-existed, like the flower and the thorn. May be this is the message of mother nature.- 'co-existance'.

No, don't think so. I've never heard it and i LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Gunners!!! They did Sympathy for the Devil (cover tune of the STones), Mama Kin by Aerosmith, and the Spaghetti Incident? was an album of a bunch of punk cover tunes. But not Poison
