Firstly,
The air inside the bus has the same velocity as the bus.
So the mosquito can travel along without any problem.
Windows open;
If you stay near an open window u feel a strong wind on your face, so do the mosquito. The mosquito won't be as comfortable as it would be when wondows were closed.
It has to put some effort to stay stable or else it'll be haveing a thrill ride.
Furthermore;
if u open 1 window of the moveing bus, the air goes out. (Mosquito would be forced out of the bus)
2 or more open windows make the air circulate. (Mosquito would be forced inside or out)

Because the windshield in front still blocks enough wind to allow some air to move along with the bus. As long as the fly (I hate mosquitoes) stays in that sheltered air, it will fly around in the bus just as if the windows were closed. If it strayed into the moving air at an open window, it would be swept out of the bus. I have done that while driving, opened a window and "herded" the fly toward the window until it went out. Now if the windshield and all the walls and ceiling were gone, so that there was nothing to keep the wind off the passengers, then the fly would indeed be unable to keep up.

If the bus has windows all around, then there will be almost no air travelling along with the bus, air will just fly pass the bus, so will the mosquito. But Most buses don't have windows all round, so there will still be air travelling along with the bus. So the air will push the mosquito forward, making it seems in the bus that the mosquito is stationary (unless it pushes itself forward/backwards).

The mosquito's speed is controlled by the headwind he encounters when flying forward. Since the air the mosquito is flying through is moving with the bus, the bus is blocking the 60km headwind and the mosquito is flying in still air.

because speed is relative to the base.
in this case car is the base. mosquito's speed is zero based on the bus. but mosquito's speed is 60 km per hour relative to the ground. so mosquito never contact with the bus. Speed also dependent to where the object is. so we on earth are also move in the earth speed also. in tihs case the base is sun. okay

it would have to have started with the bus at speed of zero and then travel inside the cab of the bus. if that's what you're getting at.
