Hilray is a nice name. Lucy is to plain and as for Gina will unless you like the Italian sound of it go for that instead.

Not Hilary. Go with Lucy. Then close friends can call you "Luce" as a nick name. If you are leaning towards Gina go with something similar like Gena or Jenna.

Id say either Hillary or Gina, but probobly more to the Gina, BUT Gina is an odd name because if you put a "Va" before it you get VaGina, so I would go with Hilary. If I were you I wouldnt use either of the 3.
