I suppose it has some connection with dogs peeing to mark their territory. A primal instinct to mark what's yours is built into almost every animal species, including ours (hence nametags and secret passwords). If your guinea pig likes you, I assume that is what was up with that. Or it could be that I am completely wrong and he just thought you were nice to pee on! Lol! :)

i have two guinea pigs myself both have done this numerous times it probably just had to go to the bathroom they dont have very good bladder control

Most likely, he lost control of his bladder and then was afraid how you would react.
