It depends when the Hell in the Cell match takes place. If it happens at Wrestlemania, I would say Undertaker. If I remember correctly he has never lost a Wrestlemania match in his career, probably part of his contract.
Hogan is too old, he barely can stand up to today's wrestlers. HHH and Batista have a lot of strength and youth behind them. Everyone else is probably too old. I would say it would come down to HHH, Batista and Undertaker. Really, Hell in the Cell is 'Taker's yard... My money is on the Taker.
