This is a question which has been puzzling the thinking man ever since the dawn of civilisation or when sociology began. Even though all men (also women) are made of similar elements, like earth, fire, wind, water and sky; they all behave so differently and commit atrocities on fellow humans. They are all prone to similar vices; greed, anger, sexual desires etc. Some thought religion could be the answer. Some thought it is better government i.e. law and order. Some thought it is 'gnanam' or science & technology can provide the answer. But the real answer is still eluding. Yet, it is the quest that is important.
