Go to Yahoo Games Help and look for question: "Why is my game not loading?" It gives you several reasons and solutions.

Even if you have Java installed, Yahoo online games will not open sometimes. You have to check your Internet Options and make sure Java is allowed to collaborate with the internet. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling Java.

yahoo games use popups to enter game rooms. you need to go to popup blocker on yahoo tool bar add to always allow; games yahoo.com to the list.
