We know that referees decision can become very controversial and many times when they show the replay, we know that the referee has made a bad decision. Don't you think , they should also ask for a replay from perhaps another referee monitoring the match on the screen and give his decision based on that?

Replay is great and helps the game... but the time issue is what causes a problem... in any sport, you can tell whether it was a good call or not in a matter of seconds after seeing the replay... a max of 15 or 20 seconds should be allotted for Instant Replay and nothing more... But, YES, I think its better to slow a game down than have a bad call ruin the outcome of the entire game..

i think it should be based on what they see because if you use a replay it will be just another boring sport like american football. the game is already being slowed down enough with people diving all over the place and faking injuries, a replay is not needed and the refs should be entitled to their authority and judgement as it always has been. this game should be played for fun and for the beauty of the game, i understand it is competitive, but it shouldn't be based on technicalities.

Replay should be allowed and punishment for players who cheat by faking injuries to get a penalty shot should be handed even after the game is ended

Absolutely not. These people who don't like these WC refs are mad b/c their tem lost. If you don't know the rules then don't complain about them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a ref and these quote "bad calls" have been correct acording to the rules. If the announcers say its wrong, then it is probably right. The anouncers on tv don't know squat about soccer rules.

Go look at the NFL. They use replay, and the % of overturn is something like 10%. The refs are usually right.

But like I said: If you don't know the goddamn rules shut the he!! up.

hi, I think soccer FIFA needs to copy our NFL for the instant replay. That would improve the quality of the game, and even help the viewers enjoy the game a whole lot more! Cher!

Are you perhaps Italian?? I noticed the Italian teams cheats in every game because they're so desperate to win..although they're trash and they suck!! Sending the mafia after the refs is not the way to go.
