This is a common problem. yes you can increase your penis size. It requires that you exercise it 2-3 times each day, force yourself to have an erection, don't masturbate as exercise. Put a towel over your erect penis and tightly squeeze the base. Overall expect results in about 30 days. it will take 3 -6 months for significant change. Most "well-hung" men say they were born that way, not true. It has worked well for me.

Have massaage of coconut oil (few drops warm) on erected penis .Eating almonds ,dates etc increase stiffness at the time of intercourse.But enlarging penis is nearly impossible.If you know that a two and a half inch penis(stiff) can satify woman that will give you confidence.Vagina is adjustable and G-spot is about 2 inch below.Penis has to rub there ,that is all.Infact size does not matter and stiffness matter,An unstiff penis even if it is 100 feet is of no use.
