Hi there ,
I am a Pakistani , though i speak urdu , my grandmother speaks Punjabi .
It means " The rule is of Punjabis or the Control and will thats works is of Punjabis" , simply , Punjabi people rule is the meaning !
Punjabian =Punjabi people
Di=of
Challe =works
Glassi=Control , rule etc

it simply means " punjabi people rules where ever they go " . as far as i could understand you are a good fan of punjabi music but don't actually know this language . i can say this because " punjabian di challe glassi " is a famous punjabi song .

Glassi is called in rural punjab for hooch/alcohal.
Punjabi's are well known for thier merrymaking life style where alcohal is important along with chicken/mutton/fish or all three :))

No but it looks like Spanish. I failed my Spanish exam and got a C in the class so I can't help much.
