Yes it is normal. Has this ever happened before? Stress and Grief can upset your menstrual cycle. Extreme fatigue can also be a symptom of grief but it is also be a symptom of depression. How are you feeling about your cousin's death? Depression can affect your periods too.
If your symptoms persist I suggest that you see your family doctor for depression screening. I hope that you feel better soon.

STRESS CAN BE A VERY STRONG FACTOR IN YOUR LITTLE PROBLEM BUT YOU SHOULD TALK TO A DOCTOR CUZ 4 MONTHS IS STILL A LONG TIME EVEN WHEN YOU ADD THE STRESS FACTOR.

your stressed and dealing with grief. when your body experiences stress it can affect your menstrual cycle...and stop it altogether. try relaxation techniques, exercising, and things that make you laugh :)-- erica
