Yes. Just don't be lazy like me and fail to clean the filters. My machine keeps me alive. I stop breathing several dozen times an hour while sleeping. Without my machine I would simply not resume breathing at some point. Plus it has all but eliminated the awful headaches I used to get. The steam takes some getting used to. But I could not do without mine.
