Impossible to tell... earlier this year there were suggestions in this article: http://www.everyinvestor.co.uk/timArticles/tim_540_83_.asp?no_pop_t=1
that US Stocks were set to boom...... and that can be pretty deadly when it comes to stock tips (some of the best performing stocks in my portfolio are from their tips).

If the Fed keeps raising interest rates (which makes it more expensive for companies to borrow money AND harder for people to afford new mortgages), then yes.....the market will really drop.

October is a famous time of year for this...and the stage seems to be all set.
