Absolutely not! Either is the Pledge of Allegiance or any material with God in it. People have gone crazy with this political correctness stuff. We don't need to be politically correct on everything, we need the old fashion values that people had generations ago. I want the freedom to choose to hear the songs or say the God in public with the Pledge or whatever.

I think that that's a silly question. A song?? What is the problem. They can write and sing what they like. Country & western music, my favorite, mentions God, Jesus, the Lord in alot of songs. This is part of their culture. Songs are not politically incorrect so I'm not sure what the point of your question is??Heavens some of the rap music is offensive to me but that's their thing.

Nope, not at all.....

OH NO!!!! I agreed with Kathy and Mr. Ignorant on something! I'M MELTING! I'M MELTING!

Edit: I just got the new Johnny Cash CD. On it, are a few "spiritual" type songs that mention god and jesus in the lyrics quite often, and I enjoy them as much as the other songs that are on the CD. Just cause I don't believe, doesn't mean I start foaming at the mouth and falling over backwards at the mention of the word god.

Why would it politically incorrect when this entire nation was founded on religious convictions and principles? Denying them the right to sing the song would also be denying them their right to free speech.

Don't know the song, but...

No, it isn't PI. It is a statement of the songwriter's beliefs. It is apolitical.

If someone were to propose that it become the US National Anthem, that would be PI.
