Most states have certain criteria that must be met in order for you to collect alimony. If you choose to divorce, you also choose to change the life style that you had when you were married. Plan on working extra hard to earn you own way and not count on your ex-husband to continue to support you.

I really don't know why your getting a divorce, so I can't help you with your problem. If it were me, it would depend on what he did, how long we were married, and how many kids we have together, or if he is a good man or not. You have a hard decision to make, talk to GOD he always know what to do. Pray about this, and wait and see what the LORD says. GOD bless you and good luck.
