this is already happening in California, if a child's primary language is Spanish some counties in California do not teach in English until 3rd or 4th grade...

I hope not. This is america and in america u learn english or do everything in english not spanish. (only in spanish class u can teach in spanish)

I think Americans should learn a second language...well, you lot should learn proper English first, not that Bastardised jibber most of you speak...over here in Europe, we all learn second languages, its pretty ignorant otherwise
