jeff hardy is in tna he just got caught doing drugs or something...anyways there r rumors that if he can keep himself clean for the summer hes allowed to go back to the wwe

He is still under contract, but I don't think he's wrestled for them in a while. They're pissed at him because he keeps no-showing events. I think they're just waiting for his contract to run out.
