YOu can attach it using the Attachment button or function on most Online web client/ interface... you should see it once you click "compose"

A) If you only use webmail look for a button "attachment". Click on this and the website asks you for the place on your computer where you saved your picture. A search function is usually there too.
B) You may also use Outlook Express or similar things. Add your picture as an attachment (use the help function) and your picture will be sent with your mail
PS.: If the receiver of the email uses the same software as you the picture may even show right in the text message.

Well it depends what program you are using or if its a online email but just look for an include file option or attachment option and search for the filename of your picture.

Click on attach file and click on the file of the picture you want to send. Send the email like normal and voila you have sent a picture of yourself!

click on the word attachment and then click browse and find the flie that the picture is in and click on it. When done just attach it to the email

right click on the picture. hit copy. go to compose. in the box right click and then hit paste.then send. should have no problems.
