Cod liver oil is a general nutrient like orange juice .Arhritis is best helped by keeping the joints in resting positions and local and systemic analgesics.A massage after applying "oil of wintergreen" is very useful.

I am only 15 so do or don't take my word...

My whole family (on my moms side) practically has arthritis, my grandmother used to be a pharmacist back in Slovakia and was taught in the old way (you know, having to learn Latin, etc.). She has a tea for about every ailment and she finds that simply taking life slow, but yet getting exercise (walking for instances) and maintaining a healthy weight and diet are key to health. Stress, though it is all in the brain, is something that can put stress on the nerves and cause the pain of arthritis to increase. Mental health and well being are the cures above cures. Sadly their is no cure for many things that plague humanity, but their are natural relievers of pain.

There is no cure. What helps is exercise, losing some weight, taking fish or flax seed oil daily.Ask your doctor if you are at the point to try Glucosamine/ Chondroitin it has helped some people.

I agree no cure for arthritis, but I have had people tell me that they take VEMMA a mulit-vitamin that is a anti-inflammatory as well and it has really helped with their pain,

glucosamin and chondroitin and if it is severe enough add in the mix some cartilage pills. helps rebuild the cartilage. won't start seeing a difference for 2-4 weeks. it really works.
