It is located in Serangoon Road. Take NEL and alight at Little India station, then transferred to bus service 170, 960 which stop i/f of the mall where bus service 67 stop at Seragoon Rd and you have to walk to the mall.

if ure from woodlands, u can take bus no. 960..
it stops rite in front of tekka mall.

It is opposite Sim Lim Square (Singapore IT Mall). You can take a train there. Take a North East train. Try asking a assistance at the train (MRT) station.
