Dr. George William Brumley Jr. age 68 and 11 other family members perished in a July 19 plane crash when a plane carrying Dr. Brumley, one of Atlanta's most respected philanthropists, and 11 of his relatives slammed into Mount Kenya. The crash killed members of three generations and in an instant finished 12 entries on the Brumley family tree.
