I can't get into my email it says that I timed out. My son has no problem using the same computer.?

Do you have AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, or other? Try going into settings and look under mail. Possibly might find answers there.

Just logg back into the email, you should be fine then. Are you using yahoo, just go to sign in button and sign in, this should let you back in,
