you will need the picture of the child, a picture of angel wings, Gimp (http://www.gimp.org ), and a steady hand.
Just cut the picture of your child around your child, and you can drag and drop him over the image of the angel wings.
It won't be easy unless you are really good with a mouse, but it can be done.
