Recognize that some people have unstable hearts and that it could just have easily been the call that startled her, or getting up rapidly from a chair to answer the phone. Most people would not believe something like that, ever. At any rate, it'd probably be wise to find another hobby for your entertainment purposes.

If her phone line was tied up, how did she or someone call the paramedics? How long were you on the line, they don't get there immediately. AND if the phone was off the hook, don't you think the paramedics noticed? Even if you blocked your number, the police / phone company can still track it down - so you would have been contacted by know I am sure. Sorry, but I sorta don't believe it. If so, SHAME on you for prank calling.

She had a weak heart and it would have happened anyway at the first big excitement. Maybe try to find out if she 'made it' or not. If not and it really bothers you turn yourself in. Confession is good for the soul and you'll feel alot better. Chances are, the worst they can charge you with is Malicious Mischief and you could do little or no time. Or, maybe get probation or see a counselor. Whatever, it might clear your conscience. If it doesn't bother you then button your lip.

You need to contact an attorney and report the incident to the local authorities.
It is not against the law to pull a prank such as you have described that results in harm, however it is against the law to conceal the fact to avoid prosecution.

I can see that you find humor in this don't you. Why else are you sitting on your be-hind and typing this nonscense down rather than fessing up to the police? Everyone with a sense of right and wrong knows better to not do what you did. Shame on your parents for raising such a loser.

I think you should be responsible to give her the million.
At the very least you should apologize for your prank even though I hope you meant no harm.
She was probably on the way out anyway but still you sound very cold when explaining it.

Sorry, I don't believe your post. People can't get away with making prank calls these days with just about everyone having caller ID.

oooooooooooohhh, I'm telling. jk I know ur kidding. You're not?!
*dies from heart attack* Or maybe she had a recording from when her husband died and she plays it when ppl prank call her or when she picks up and its a telemarketer saying she may have won something if she did a small offer.

Well I guess you've learned your lesson. The least you can do is call back and see if anyone answers, if she's not alive then 'fess up so the cops don't think someone threatened to kill her.

Then you should probably call the hospital and check on her... Since you know her number - do a reverse search to get her name.
And Pray you didn't.
