I wouldn't sweat it. As long as you are eating good food, pregnancy is going to take care of that for you and you really don't want to gain more than you need. Try drinking 3 glasses of milk aday. That's pretty fattening AND good for the baby.

A couple of people here have already said this, but why on earth do you want to gain weight?!?
If you were underweight, you probably would not have been able to easily get pregnant, because the body shuts down ovulation if you're under a certain body fat percentage.
As they said here, you will gain plenty of weight. Count your blessings that you are starting off slim - you have quite an advantage. You will probably gain more weight as you get older as well. If it's more curves you want, pregnancy and nursing will certainly give you bigger breasts and widen your hips.

Brewer's yeast or a concoction called tiger's milk, which is a brewer's yeast milkshake. Please don't try the ensure stuff ... it's full of weird chemicals! Brewer's yeast is very high in enzymes and in B vitamins, which feed your nerves and relax you, and also high in protein, which is what your baby needs most of all ... and so do you. Avoid microwaved food (kills all the enzymes), canned food (kills all the vitamins), and white sugar. If you like yogurt, get the full fat Greek kind ... Trader Joe's carries it and it's cheaper there than at Whole Foods. For breakfast, a milkshake of whole milk, yogurt, a banana, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and brewer's yeast, and whole grain toast or oatmeal. For lunch, a huge salad with lightly cooked vegetables, or just all vegetables ... green ones, red ones, and yellow ones. Learn to cut up vegetables fine, lightly cook them (save the water for your milkshake, it's full of vitamins), and mix them all together ... add a little lettuce (not iceburg) and a good dressing, and eat a whole big pasta bowl full. Prepare twice as much as you think you can eat, and eat it all. For dinner, go to Whole Foods or Andronico's and get everything that looks good. Good luck to you and the baby.

Eat. Are you anorexic? If you are, this could seriously harm your unborn baby. Gaining weight fast does not ensure you a healthy baby. You didn't give enough info to really answer this.

Trust me you will gain more weight than you care to since you are pregnant. When you give birth you are going to be asking how to get rid of the baby fat.

Eat more of the things with lots of the nutrients you need, but try not to bulk up on complex carbs. That could lead to gestational diabetes.

Add lots of butter to your food, and use oil in cooking, preferably olive oil, and then nap after you eat a heavy meal.

I have the opposite problem. Sorry. Good luck!

Lots of protein, dairy and good fats. You should stay away from red meat if your pregnant, but have at least 2 glasses of milk a day. Stay away from junk food, but use olive oil in your cooking or on salads.
