I am having some problems, for the last two months my periods have been very strange (I've taken numerous pregnancy tests all were negative) what do you think is the problem? Should I be concerned with this? Also I am spotting/bleeding now and I am not suppose to start for another 2 weeks what could this be?

If you haven't seen your doctor for a blood pregnancy test, then I would have one done as this is a more accurate way of testing for pregnancy. Period abnormalities can be due to many things including stress, weight gain/loss, thyroid, hormonal imbalance, infection, illness, medications, polyp, cyst, amgonst other reasons. Please see your doctor for an exam and testing to determine the exact cause.

There are literally hundreds of possibilities. Even the stress over worrying about possible pregnancy could be a factor in the spotting at midcycle.

Have you been on the pill? The pill can cause a lot of problems...it's not the harmless drug that doctors like us to think it is.

You could have an infection or fibroids as well.

You should go the doctor and have them run a pregnancy test and/or and ultra sound so they can see what's going on.
