yup, it is a vaginal fart. You suck air into your coochie and then squeeze it back out ..... sounds like a wet fart.
My sisters and I always used to have queef wars... plus it was hilarious to do while camping.

its when air gets sucked up there and you know how when you let air out of a baloon and you hold the sides and it makes a noise thats kinda like that
