Whats better, Nor Cal or So Cal and Why?

San Francisco and Norhtern California are better. Traffic, atmoshpere, feeling of home. San Francisco is more open minded about peple of other nationalities. They have a few people of each natioanlity. But some cities in Northern CA have a cmall number of other nationalities.

for me it would have to be southern...the weather is somewhat nicer and the water is comfortable to swim in. in addition during the winter months the slopes are an hour or less away so you can ski in the morning and surf in the afternoon. HELLO!!
