Hurts them, definitely! Her kind (on either side) hurt the whole country.
She speaks a lot of truth, then ruins it with a mean, ugly comment.
The point she was making about the widow was that liberals use people like them because it's difficult to argue with a grieving widow with out looking like callous, even when trying to stick to facts. Then she goes & ruins her point by saying the women are "enjoying their husband's death."
All she's succeeded in doing is to sell more of her books. I guess that's all she cares about.
Hey Powerball! Being a democrat just because of Ann Coulter is just as stupid as being a republican just because of Micheal Moore! Think for yourself, man!

you shouldn't base your political party on not wanting to be a part of the party that Ann Coulter is in. She only represents less than 10% of us I bet. You should figure out the issues, and then say hey, I'm for that, or against that. Not just because you don't like a certain person. That is a ignorant way to chose your party!

When you consider the moderate voter, which makes up the majority of Americans, then she is not helpful to the right.
I know many more Republicans who cringe everytime she speaks than I do people on the right who defend her nasty screeds against humanity.
That said, I think the effect is minimal, but... I can guarantee you the Republicans will never invite her to speak at a Convention.
Pat Buchanan's '92 speech is a small part of the reason that Clinton got elected. People eventually reject the politics of hate, and she is the biggest spokesperson for it on either side of the aisle.

No, you're a Democrat because you're stupid, not because of Ann Coulter or anyone else. Gee, you Democrats can never take personal responsibility for anything - even when it comes to explaining why you're a democrat! Notice how you had to blame someone else. LOL!

I think she's pretty tame when you put her up against the talking heads of the left. She is dramatic and has a great way of using the language. However, if she got rid of the drama, she could actually become a great force for the republican party. But, that's her and although people disagree with her, it's her right to say what she does.
And, she does not go on the air bashing her country or her president. Which is actually very admirable. Something the left might want to consider doing.

A true republican is probably more hurt by Coulter. True republicans are about conservative relations within the political community. Republicans don't want to dismiss liberalism, but build a bridge. Nixon was the last true republican. All this religious stuff within the republican party is not of the republican party, but about votes.

Republicans are the children playing hopscotch... and Ann Coulter is a mine in the middle of the board.
Any questions?

Helpful, she is part of why I remain a Republican, not to mention she does a good job of cutting down Liberals (especially the ones who think this or that gives them a liscense to do whatever they please without consequence).
Im sorry when ya lose a member of yoru Family but that does not give ya a free ride to do things that cam bring bad consequences.
For instance a former friend of mine lost his Mom who was a good Woman (I still to this day have a Video of him and his Mom and a couple of Cats he use to have that I recently copied into the PC).
However when he started up talking really disgusting stuff with me I was like well I know his Mom died Months ago but that gives him no excuse to be acting this way towards me and I did break Friendship with him.
We did semi-reconcile, not to a point of becoming actual friends againb ut to a point where he was willing to be nice to me and he had made a visit to my House that one day a couple years after the Incident.

Ann Coulter has little or no real effect on anyone (except perhaps the people whose writings she plagiarizes). for those who find her repulsive she merely confirms their belief that the Republican party has been taken over by a bunch of mindlessly rude trailer trash. for those who find her appealing she provides a feeling of peer security believing a famous person thinks as they do.
other than that she simply stuffs her bank account with the disposable income of people who enjoy sensationalized feces.

People like her give a massive amount of help to Democrats and Liberals everywhere, to see a grown woman with such idiotic and ignorant beliefs as herself, people start to look towards the sane side of politics more than they think, yeah maybe the hateful angry woman is right.
