TENSIONS CAN GIVE YOU LOTS OF HEADACHE. THE BEST REMEDY? A CUP OF COFFEE WITH CAFFEINE. DO NOT EAT TOO MUCH CHOCOLATE, AND KEEP IT LOW ON ARTIFICIAL COLOR, AND FLAVOR. LEARN TO RELAX!!

There are a number of causes of headaches, and not all are chronic. That is, they may have a first time.
A wide range of things from trivial to life-threatening cause headaches. Twice in my life I had a migraine, both times involved low blood sugar, and the first time was when I was 32 years old. For many people migraines are linked with visual psychedelic swirls, that can be really scary the first time. Other things can cause migraines, but do note if there is any connection to when you last ate, what you ate, and if you are hungry at the time.
Some people get headaches when they encounter something to which they are allergic.
Pending death from a cerebral aneuryism causes horrid headaches, but since you had time to log in and ask, that is highly unlikely, heh, heh.
Certain brain tumors involve headaches.
Even though truly serious causes of headaches are relatively rare, better see if there is any way to see a doctor on this problem.

Do you wear glasses? Have you been diagnosed with high blood pressure? It could be a number of factors including stress, poor diet, or not sleeping well. Have a talk with the doctor about your symptoms take some tests to rule out anything serious. Best of luck to you!
