You can't just go buy babies like at a supermarket. You have to go through an adoption agency.

I'd try your local grocery store. If that doesn't work, perhaps a nearby college campus would have a greater yield.

you can adopt through a registered adoption agency. go on the net and punch in 'registered adoption agency in (whatever area your in). that's the easy part...
