He's there for me when I need shelter and some effection But not positive mentally. But it feels like hes the only one I got now. but he usually reminds me of that and it hurts my feelings. I lost contact with my closes friends and it seems I dont know my family anymore, if i could trust them

No he's not a great guy. He's brainwashing you to think the world is small and everyone's out to get you. No man should keep his girl from her friends and family, but if that friend so happens to be an ex, then I can understand. Don't let any man lead you to thinking life is a one road track. Get out of that relationship cuz its a waist of your time.

Get away from him NOW. If he reminds you that he's the only one. He is a control freak. He is abusing you. You should not ever lose contact with your friends for a boyfriend or husband. Your family ? Hello? They are your family.

Maybe he knows you don't really feel you can turn to your family,and he using this knowledge to keep you close to him.It sounds like you are not comfortable with this guy.If that is the case,you need to distance yourself form him.It is better to be by yourself and at peace than to be with someone who constantly pulls you down.
