here is a list in order to check
all of your answer are close to being right
1 reverse the screen on the arm of your fausets
2 chk the little turn off valves turn to the left counter clk wise
3 if the above don;t work, unscrew the lines to the sink at the valves look some how to see if you have a built up of calcuim right insde the opening,
Depending on how old your sink is it will build up and restrict the flow. This valve is call an angle stop at the hareware stores

The screen at the water faucet (screws on and off the end of the faucet where the water comes out) is plugged with fine dirt. Remove and clean...will fix the problem. good luck

If both valves are fully open, the only other possibility is the aerator. It is the round piece the water is trickling out of. You can remove it with a pair of pliers and take it to any hardware store for a replacement.

Unscrew the filter screen at the tip of the faucet...then reverse the tip under running water to clean it. If that does not help then the valves under your sick are not turned on enough :)

Good Luck

Under most sinks there are cutoff valves - yours may be only partially open.
