For me, "Fastbreak" because, I dont do breakfast. Or lunch. I eat once a day, and its usually what I call "Linner. Because, its definately not at lunch time, and its not dinner time, just in between, around, 3:00, in the afternoon. Then, I'm done, for the day. And, I'm always taking fast breaks, and always, on the go. Hard to get me to sit down, until, I got this computer, and even then I take "Fast" smoke breaks, in between, questions, etc........

Breakfast comes first in the dictionary.

But, on any given day, it depends...if you play basketball, perhaps fastbreak; but, if you eat before you play, than breakfast (which is literally "break the fast" (i.e. usually eating after you've slept).
